The Absolute Worst Way to Try to Lose Weight

When you try to lose weight there are a number of common mistakes that almost everyone makes. But the absolute worst way to try to lose weight is by dieting. Yes this may come as a shock to you but it is true, and I speak from experience. Diets are mere temporary stop gaps that will make you lose weight fast and then allow you to put all those pounds back on.

My best advice for losing weight is to quit trying all these diets and give your body a break. Yes forget about dieting it just stresses your body out and puts you on a roller coaster of losing and gaining weight. This is not only bad for you physically but mentally as well.

Why your diet will not work in the long run. A diet will help you to lose weight fast, but as soon as you stop you will put those pounds back. There are a number of reasons for this.
1. Your body gets out of balance when you drastically deprive it of certain foods. As soon as you stop your diet your body compels you to eat more of those same foods.
2. Plus because you have not trained yourself to eat these foods in smaller quantities you may very likely splurge and eat more than you should.
3. You may return to your old eating habits without a care in the world, thinking those pounds are gone for good, and those pounds will come back with a vengeance.


The best way I know to lose weight is to eat right. You can actually cut calories by eating a balanced nutritional diet and more importantly you can really keep that weight off.
